Rhythmic Gymnastics
Description
In this class children will focuses on building strength, flexibility, grace, and hand-eye coordination. We start with a warm-up and back and leg flexibility exercises. Acrobatics are taught as well as learning how to use the ball, rope, hoop, ribbon. A challenging, yet truly incredible sport that pushes your child to the next level and is a wonderful compliment to dance!
Schedule
Rhythmic Gymnastics 1 Tuesday – 4:30-5:30pm. (5-10)
Rhythmic Gymnastics 1 & 2 Thursday – 5:30-6:30pm. (5-16)
Rhythmic Gymnastics Pre-Team:
Tuesday: 6:30-7:30pm. (6-16)
Thursday: 6:30-7:30pm. (6-16)
