Rhythmic Gymnastics
Description
In this class children will focuses on building strength, flexibility, grace, and hand-eye coordination. We start with a warm-up and back and leg flexibility exercises. Acrobatics are taught as well as learning how to use the ball, rope, hoop, ribbon. A challenging, yet truly incredible sport that pushes your child to the next level and is a wonderful compliment to dance!
Schedule
Rhythmic Gymnastics 2 Monday – 4-5pm. (9-14)
Rhythmic Gymnastics 1 Monday – 5-6pm. (5-9)
Rhythmic Gymnastics 2 Thursday – 5:30-6:30 (5-12)
Saturday – 3-4pm. (6-14)
