Description

This class focuses on technique, terminology, strength, and flexibility. The best foundation for all other styles of dance. Slower graceful movements are taught as well as fast jumps and turns. Ballet develops posture, muscle control, flexibility, stamina, and poise. Provides lessons in determination and tenacity.

Tuesday

Ballet 1 – 4:30-5:30 (5-10)

Ballet 2 – 5:30-6:30 (8-16)

Ballet 3/4 – 6:30-7:30 (9-18)

Wednesday

Ballet Technique Juniors & Teens – 4:30-5:30 (9-16)

Thursday

Ballet Beginners Basic– 4:30-5:30 (5-9)

Ballet Conditioning (9yrs and older)  – 5:30-6:30  (9-11)

Ballet Conditioning (9yrs and younger) – 6:30-7:30 (5-8)

Ballet Technique 2 – 6:30-7:30 (9-16)

Ballet Variations “Nutcracker” 7:30-8:30 (5-18)

Saturday

Mini Ballet Technique – 3-4pm. (5-8)
