Description

This class focuses on technique, terminology, strength, and flexibility. The best foundation for all other styles of dance. Slower graceful movements are taught as well as fast jumps and turns. Ballet develops posture, muscle control, flexibility, stamina, and poise. Provides lessons in determination and tenacity.

Monday

Ballet Technique B – 4:30-5:30 (10-18)

Ballet Technique A – 7:30-8:30 (9-16)

Wednesday

Ballet Barre Technique B  – 6:30-7:30 (10-18)

Thursday

Ballet Beginners Basic– 4:30-5:30 (5-9)

Ballet 1  – 5:30-6:30  (6-11)

Saturday

Ballet Barre Technique A & B – 3-4pm (9-18)

Stretch & Conditioning 

Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm (6-18)

Friday 5:30-6:30pm (6-18)
