Description

This class is a great way to improve strength, flexibility, and agility. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic techniques, teaching such skills as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels,  backbends, walkovers, balance and contortion tricks, all each student’s individual level of experience.

Schedule

Wednesday: 

Acro 1 – 5:30-6:30  (5-12)

Friday:

Acro 2 –  4:30-5:30 (9-16)

Saturday:

Acro 1 – 12-1 (5-12)

Acro 2 – 2-3 (9-16)
